Returns for Online Orders and In-Store Purchases
101 is dedicated to sourcing beautiful and quality products. We hope you will love what you have ordered, but if something isn’t right, please let us know.
Please return the product/s to us in original condition, accompanied with their original, undamaged packaging within 14 days of receiving your order, including a copy of your receipt, and we will replace it, exchange it or provide a store credit. The item being returned must be safely and securely packaged in its original packaging, and you will need to cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty.
We cannot accept unused goods in damaged packaging unless they are faulty.

For health and safety reasons we are unable to accept returns on personal items such as earrings, underwear, and swimwear.

Returns Process - Faulty, Damaged or Supply Error
Our team inspects all deliveries to ensure the products you receive meet our quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to arrange a return delivery and replacement or refund.
We will correct any genuine errors, faults or damaged products.

Stock Availability 
Best efforts will be made to accurately maintain our stock levels online, however some items may not be in stock at your time of your purchase. If this is the case we will contact you via email to let you know, and will obtain an estimated delivery time from our supplier.  You may choose to cancel your order or wait for the product to arrive back into stock.
Please note that during busy sales periods such as Christmas and the New Year, it may not be possible for us to re-order. If this is the case we will automatically refund the amount and notify you by email. Any other items ordered at the same time will be dispatched as normal.

The price displayed for products on our website represents the retail price either suggested by the manufacturer/supplier, or estimated by 101 in accordance with industry best practice (exceptions include a sale or reduced price on an item). Despite our best efforts, there can be incidents of mis-pricing. If an item has been incorrectly priced at lower than its correct price, we will contact you for instructions before dispatching the item or cancel your order and notify you as a result.
