In relationships, it’s important not to lose your identity and compromise yourself and your personality to please others.  I believe relationships flourish more healthily if you allow each other to be themself and therefore be independent together.  In Flourish the Tui is keeping the cage door open to allow the individual flowers to grow freely yet remain and grow together.
